My Biz Suite uses a Business Wallet for communication services like text messaging, outbound calling, email sends, and AI features. These are charged on a per-use basis — you only pay for what you actually use. Your wallet auto-reloads from your card on file when the balance runs low, so service is never interrupted.
Optional add-ons — such as the Unlimited AI Employee package, Listings by Yext, or a Dedicated IP for email — are only charged when you explicitly agree to purchase them. Some plans include a monthly wallet credit to help offset your communication costs.
